Our services are available to parents/carers of a child or adult who: 
-
has a diagnosis of autism/autism spectrum or is awaiting an autism assessment, and 
-
lives in Oxfordshire or surrounding areas. [If a service or event is overbooked, we reserve the right to prioritise families living in Oxfordshire].
A registration form may be completed by parent/carers, young adults themselves or professionals – but must be fully completed, and include an email address.

A registration form should be completed for each autistic person aged 25 or under - so if you have more than one autistic child / young person we will need a form for each person.

After you've submitted the form

When we have received a fully completed registration form, then the parent/carer will:

Receive a welcome email from us.

Be added to our mailing list and will receive news of our services and events (if this was requested).

Be able to access our services.  
Complete the form
​The registration form can be completed by a parent/carer, young adult themselves, or a professional who has permission from the parent/carer – but must be fully completed, and include an email address.  
Note: If we receive an incomplete form we will ask you to resubmit the form.
