Q&A sessions
Our online Q&A sessions are designed specifically for parents and carers and are supportive, informative, and popular. Each session focuses on a key theme and offers a safe space to ask questions, gain peer support, and hear from professionals who understand the challenges you face.

Often parent/carers find these sessions comforting and empowering – knowing you are not alone, and other parents/carers have similar experiences to you.
The usual format of a Q&A session is:
-
We will introduce the session and explain what will happen.
-
A guest speaker will deliver a talk about the advertised topic.
-
Attendees can ask questions by typing in the Chat or speaking.
-
The guest speaker will answer questions (optional).
-
Attendees may also talk to share their tips and experience (optional).
-
You can ask a question or simply watch and listen.
-
You can have your camera on or off.
-
Whether you're ready to speak or prefer to listen, you're welcome here.
We encourage you to attend as many Q&A sessions as possible.
