If you have a query that cannot be answered in one of our Q&A sessions, then you can request advice via email. Simply email us your question(s) relating to your child/adult.
We aim to reply to emails within 10 working days.
Before you use our services
​Please complete a general registration form. The registration form can be completed by a parent/carer or a professional who has permission from the parent/carer and can fully complete the form.
Please note: If we receive an incomplete form we will ask you to resubmit the form.
