Appointments for young people aged 18-25

An Advice Appointment is an online or telephone meeting with our Family Practitioner, Claire Glasgow.

Usually during the appointment Claire will listen to you, and provide advice, practical tips, details of relevant services which may help you, or sometimes just listen and get to know you before giving advice.  

​

 

About our appoinments

Duration: 40 minutes.  

 

Format: A meeting with our Family Practitioner, Claire Glasgow, either via telephone or online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (you can choose a format when you book online).  

 

Frequency: You may only book one appointment in advance. After you have attended your appointment you may book another appointment, if needed

.    

Advice Appointments are available to a young person who: 

  • has a diagnosis of autism or autism spectrum, and 

  • is aged 25 or under and  

  • lives in Oxfordshire, or receives an education, health, or social care service based in Oxfordshire

  • And we have received a registration form

Before you use our services

​Please complete a general registration form. The registration form can be completed by a parent/carer or a professional who has permission from the parent/carer and can fully complete the form.   
Please note: If we receive an incomplete form we will ask you to resubmit the form.
