Here at AFSO, we are a small and dedicated team. Our office phone is managed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm and outside of these times our answerphone is available. PLEASE NOTE: If you are new to us, or enquiring about a child/young person we do not yet know, please complete a Referral Form before contacting us.

Judith provides a friendly welcome. She answers general enquiries, assists with Referral Forms and bookings, and manages our mailings. Judith works part-time and is available Monday – Wednesday 09:00 – 5:00pm

We recommend getting to know about our work before making a referral. You can do this by reading the pages in our SERVICES section.

Please ensure that referral forms are only emailed to us. We can no longer accept them by post. If you have a paper version, please scan them using a scanner or scanning app (do not use photos)

To refer a child, or young adult aged 18-25, please download and return the appropriate Referral Form:-
